USA Shipping & Delivery

We will not have express shipping available from February 25 to March 5th as we are moving our warehouse. While we will try to do our best, there may be some delays in shipping out your orders. Thank you!

Shipping is $7 flat rate, domestic orders over $150 have free shipping! 

Shipping orders: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise, or volume of orders. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a couple of days to process your order and ship it out. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email provided from the account. Flat rate shipping orders are shipped using UPS Surepost, which means that UPS delivers it to your post office and USPS delivers it the rest of that way. Shipping usually takes about 5-7 days but may take longer depending on your location.

No signature required on most orders. If the UPS driver feels it isn't safe they will not leave the package there and require a signature from the customer. After 3 attempts of delivery for signature, the package will be returned to shipper and it will be the customers responsibility for the freight charges incurred both ways, regardless of the free shipping offered at the time of order.

Once your order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed; so please take care to provide the correct address.

Express Shipping

Express orders placed before 3pm(PST) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped out on the next business day Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on holidays or weekends.



Placing an Order: After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can review your selections, update quantities, remove items or return to the detail page of the product. Once reviewed you have the option to continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.  We do NOT do mail orders or phone orders.

Order Confirmation: After you click “Submit Order” an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.  

Cancelled orders: If the item that you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers, you will be contact within 48 hours. If you did order more than one item the other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be cancelled off your order and you will be refunded. 

Emails will be answered within 24 - 48 hours. For address changes and canceled orders, please contact via phone within at least 24 hours.

International Orders

    Brandy Melville ships to these countries: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

  • The customer is responsible for paying all taxes, duties, brokerage, and fees at the time of delivery. We cannot control what these fees are or make any changes to them.

  • If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are still responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and fees.

  • All international orders are final sale, there are no returns on international orders.

Transit Time

Most international orders take 3-7 business days for processing, and typical transit time for international orders is 7-10 business days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order about 10-21 days after the order has been placed, but times may vary. Once the order reaches the ship to country, it may take additional days for your shipment to be cleared through customs. Customs clearance times vary by country and are at the discretion of the customs agency in the destination country.

Cost & Shipping

Canadian orders also require a $50 minimum order with a shipping fee of $25 (not including any customs, taxes, duties, and fees).

Taxes & Duties

The international shipping charge does not include customs duties/taxes/brokerage fees, which may be charged separately by the carrier.    All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in US dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards, as well as PayPal. Currently gift cards must be purchased in-store for in store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.

All refunds must be made in the same way the payment was received- if the original payment method is no longer available, then online-store credit will be issued.

Online-store credit may only be used online, it is not valid in our stores. To use your store credit, log in to your customer account. When you go to checkout, your store credit will appear as a payment method you can apply.

Sales Tax: We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Brandy Melville has a store or corporate locations. We collect sales tax for billing addresses originating in California.

In some instances we have products that are popular that go out of stock quickly. If you happen to purchase one of these items and you are charged for it, you can request a refund on the item. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.

Discount codes are only valid for the times stated and will not be honored after their expiration date.

Privacy & Security

Brandy Melville uses the latest version of SSL to keep our customers information safe. SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the internet. Should you forget your password, we will email you a new temporary password. This is the best way to protect your information, as sending your existing password via email is not safe.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Brandy Melville USA.  Brandy Melville USA may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the website and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content (as defined herein) and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination.  Brandy Melville USA shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate the Website or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through the Website, or to terminate any individual's right to access or use the Website or any portion thereof.

ALL intimates, swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, backpacks, eyewear, scarves, handbags, and iPhone cases are FINAL SALE. 

If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No returns accepted from retail store purchases.  All store returns must be made to the store that the item was purchased from.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items must be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.

Return Process: Once we have received the return and it is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email with the address from when the order was placed. Please note that your banking or credit card company may take longer to process the refund and to contact them regarding any pending transaction. It may take up to 5-7 business days once they’ve received the information from us.
If the original payment method used to place the order is no longer available, any refunds will be done to an online store credit.

Please note:  If you change your region while shopping, your bag will be emptied and you will have to re-select your items.
